The Costa Blanca offers something for everyone. Certainly if you are looking for a luxury property in a fantastic environment. Whether you are looking for an investment property, or a second home, or a place to live permanently with all luxury and comfort you could wish for: the housing market has a wide range of properties for you. The top locations to start your search? Those are without any doubt Altea, Moraira and Javea. The latter village is nothing less than an absolute top destination for rich investors on a worldwide scale.
Altea is also known as the cultural capital of the Valencia-region. The location is absolutely astonishing, with a combination of amazing sea views and mountain landscapes. The centre is perfect for a stroll through the narrow streets, although it’s recommended to put on your walking shoes. Both the interior and the exterior of the church are a wonderful example of culture and architecture. The cosy village is also home to many little shops, bars and restaurants. Yes, indeed, all ingredients of authentical Spain are present in La Villa Blanca.
In Altea and Sierra de Altea there’s a wide range of luxurious properties. The views here are simply spectacular: a fantastic location for modern villas in a natural environment. If you are rather dreaming of an astonishing penthouse, you will surely find what you are looking for near the fantastic beach boulevard.
A prime location is Urbanización Altea Hills, one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas along the Spanish coastline. Residents and visitors can enjoy spectacular views over the Meditarrean Sea on one side and over the Sierra Bernia on the other side. Urbanización Altea Hills is not just any urbanización: a complete team is taking care of safety and maintenance of the communal zones, and this 24/7.
A bit more touristic, but still very charming, is Javea. The views in this lively seaside village are as spectacular as in Altea. But the main attractions in this village are the beaches: several ones are considered among the best in the region. And then there’s also the port, a great place to wander around, relax and enjoy a drink and a meal in one of the many tapas bars and restaurants.
The attractiveness of Javea to foreign tourists makes it an excellent location for investing in a property. The coastline is always nearby, even up in te mountains, a perfect location for exclusive villas. The rich and powerful of this world have certainly found their way to Javea: 95 percent of the investors are foreigners here. Worldwide there are only two locations with a higher percentage: Marrakech and the Turks-and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean Sea. Thus, absolutely a prime location, and in addition with reasonable market prices.
A bit further down the coast we find Moraira, also known as the Saint-Tropez of Spain. A fashionable seaside resort, in other words, although a lot less known than villages as Calpe or Denia. No lack of charm in this little gem in the Costa Blanca region, wit pictureque squares and authentical houses in an intimate centre. And then we haven’t even mentioned the amazing sand and rock beaches.
This municipality has chosen to ban high-rise building. Instead, a lot of residential areas with detached villas have been developed. The most exclusive (and most expensive) area is El Portet, next to the beach carrying the same name. La Playa el Portet is a wondeful small shell shaped inlet, next o a beautiful promenade full of restaurants with a fantastic view over the Meditarrenean Sea.
